You've probably had a day where you haven't felt at the top of your game before you begin, only to fulfil your own prophecy and waiver when things didn't go to plan.

Through hypnosis mind coaching, I guide you into being more process focussed, rather than result focused. Being present and in flow in the moment that you need to succeed.

Sessions will be tailored to your own needs within your own field of sport.

I offer a block of 3 x 1 hour sessions, or alternatively a monthly subscription if you need ongoing support.
