Block of 3 x 1 hour sessions to help with any kind of anxiety. Book the first session and pay for the block of 3, and we will book your remaining 2 sessions approx a week apart on the same day & time (calendar permitting).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will still be charged.
